  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. Typically, booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance is ideal.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We are based in Union County, and are happy to travel any location, up to an hour away. Transportation fees may apply.

  • Can I customize a package?

    We offer both pre-designed packages and individual pricing options for our services. You can choose the option that best fits your event and budget. Feel free to request services to be added or removed from your package.

  • How much time does set up require?

    The setup and takedown time vary depending on the specific services and equipment you've booked. Our team will arrive at your event well in advance to ensure everything is set up and ready to go on time. We typically arrive 15-30 minutes in advance.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be outlined in your booking agreement. The deposit is non-refundable after 48 hour period of being received, as it compensates for the time allocated in the event of a cancellation. The deposit applies as credit towards your final payment.

  • Cancellation Policy?

    If a cancellation is needed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, the client may reschedule the event for up to 6 months from the original event date based on availability. Events can be rescheduled once, free of charge, as long as the rescheduling happens at least 7 days in advance of the party. We always reccomend having a rain plan for your event.

  • Discounts for multiple services?

    Yes, we often offer discounts for booking multiple services together. Please inquire about our package deals when booking your event.

  • Adult Supervision?

    While our entertainers engage and interact with the children during the entertainment activities, we do require adult supervision at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of the children.

  • Additional fees?

    Our pricing is transparent, and we strive to include all costs upfront. However, there may be additional fees for travel, or a 3% processing fee. We'll discuss any potential additional fees with you before finalizing your booking.
